How to Use Dart

1. Download the free app and register your account.
2. Register a phone number where the driver can contact you (you may update this at any time).
3. Our app utilizes your smartphone's GPS and geolocation function to confirm your pick-up point. Simply tap on the marker and provide a helpful note for our drivers, such as "I'm waiting upstairs" or a detailed street name/number.
4. For your drop-off point, enter the street address or nearest landmark/street and accurately drag the pointer on the map.
5. An estimated fare will appear, and you can request an on-demand pick-up.

To become a qualified driver with Dart, sign up on www.dartbrunei.com and meet the following criteria:

• Be a Bruneian citizen or permanent resident of Brunei.
• Be between 21 and 65 years old with a valid Class-3 License.
• Have a car that is less than 10 years old from the date of first registration.
• Be competent in conversational English and Malay.
